The milestone was commemorated at a formal signing ceremony in Brussels, Belgium, and represents an important step in Champion Breweries’ continued expansion into high growth ready to drink and energy drink categories across Africa.
The acquisition gives Champion ownership of the Bullet brand assets, trademarks, formulations, and global commercial rights through an asset carve-out structure, with operations spanning 14 African markets.
Bullet is a well established and profitable brand with strong consumer recognition and loyalty. Its addition significantly strengthens Champion Breweries’ portfolio, expands its geographic reach, and enhances its long term growth outlook.
