Evercorp Industries, through its energy investment platform energy& LLP, has participated in the acquisition of Axxela Limited, a leading gas and power infrastructure platform in Nigeria, as part of the BlueCore Gas InfraCo Limited consortium.
BlueCore Gas InfraCo Limited is a strategic alliance comprising energy& LLP, Afrigaz Energie LLP (a portfolio company of the Stanbic IBTC Infrastructure Growth Fund), and Levene Energy Development Limited. The consortium is focused on accelerating the development of critical gas and power infrastructure across Nigeria and the wider West African region.
